Classic Beef Lasagna and Chicken & Pork Lasagna
We use 15% fat-minced meats for our meat sauce, which has 50% less fat than regular minced meats. The meat sauce is actually a pot full of fresh vegetables and herbs, consisting mainly of onions, garlics, Australian carrots, and tomatoes. Our Lasagna combines three layers of meat sauce, pasta sheets, our own homemade Béchamel sauce and secret mixed cheese. You will never forget the lingering aroma of our Lasagna when it comes out of the oven.

Cottage Pie, (Beef, Chicken or Pork Cottage Pie)
Our most popular menu for mashed potato lovers. We use 15% fat-minced meats to make our meat sauce, which has 50% less fat than the regular minced meats. The meat sauce is flavorful of combination of fresh onions, Australian carrots, peas and tomato paste. The Pie is layered with the meat sauce at the bottom and with our homemade mashed potato at the top. The lingering aroma of our freshly baked mashed potato topping is irresistible.

Spinach Lasagna
This is a menu to please spinach lovers. It is a combination of sauté onions, garlic and spinach, layered in three tiers with pasta sheets, our own homemade Béchamel sauce and secret mixed cheese. The lingering aroma of our Lasagna when it comes out of the oven is unforgettable.

Ham ‘n Cheese Macaroni
A comfort food for pasta ‘n cheese lovers, especially amongst the kids. It is actually a casserole baked in the oven with a combination of cooked macaroni pasta, onions, ham, our homemade cheese sauce and breadcrumbs.

Chicken & French Bean Casserole
Our family’s most favorite dish ever. A delicious slow-cooked fall-off-the-bone chicken in a rich sauce that has a very slight lip-smacking tang from peeled-tomato and the natural sweetness of French beans and onions

Baked Caramel Custard
A dessert with Caramel covering the silky custard that reminds you of happiness. It is made from eggs, sugar and milk, and is slow bain-marie baked for 2 hours to induce the creamy texture and creamy aroma.
